With gyms closed and a lot of exercise classes cancelled it can be hard to stay motivated to keep moving!
…keep moving. We are running a challenge to…. for 30 days.
Exercises include:
- Squats
- Push ups
- Pull ups
- Burpees
- Lunges
- Star jumps
- Sit ups
- 30 second planks
- Jump squats
You can do any combination of the exercises above and take as long as you need over the day – as long as you complete 100 exercises in the 24 hour period. (For example, one day might do x20 sit ups, x20 burpees, x40 squats & x20 push ups… the next day you might change it to x40 sit ups, x10 planks, x20 lunges & x30 star jumps).
The most important thing is taking your time, having correct form and listening to your body the whole time!!
The original 30 day challenge is running from 27th April to 26th May but why not set yourself a challenge & let us know how you’re going when you come come in!!
