First Appointment
During your first appointment, your therapist will complete a thorough assessment of your posture, movement patterns, lifestyle factors, and key concerns.
Care Plan
From there, we’ll design a treatment plan that may include:
Soft tissue release (myofascial or myopractic techniques)
Stretching and strengthening exercises
Postural correction strategies
Ergonomic education for home or work
Stress reduction tools such as mindfulness and meditation
Implement
We’ll explain each step of the process and provide you with practical tools to continue your progress beyond the treatment room.
