There is plenty of evidence linking stress levels to pain and physical condition. As part of our holistic model of care we can work with you to reduce your stress levels.  One of our occupational therapists runs half day retreats designed to allow participants to rest, relax and restore. In the busy, chaotic world we live in it’s important to take time out and focus on your well-being.

These extremely popular retreats use:

  • mindfulness

  • yoga

  • breathwork

  • meditation

  • journaling

  • sound healing

  • wholesome food

  • connection with like-minded people

to reset the nervous system.

There is no need to have previous experience with yoga or meditation to attend and each retreat focuses on a different theme so you can attend one or many. The retreats are held quarterly on Sundays from 10am – 3pm. If you would like dates or more information please contact the clinic.
