Our Story
Since opening our Wembley clinic in 2002, Langer Chiropractic and Soft Tissue Therapy has become a trusted provider of holistic, patient-centred care in Perth. Founded by chiropractor Jonathon Langer, our clinic was created with one goal in mind: to offer thoughtful, results-driven treatment that supports the long-term wellbeing of every individual who walks through our doors.

Our multidisciplinary team brings decades of experience and a shared commitment to professional, compassionate care. Each practitioner brings their own unique background and focus, from paediatrics and sports to mindfulness and rehabilitation.

Founder & Chiropractor
Jonathon graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney in 1999 and has dedicated his career to helping people move and feel better through safe, effective chiropractic care. He has completed postgraduate studies in both paediatric and sports chiropractic. These are two areas he is especially passionate about.
With over two decades of clinical experience, Jonathon tailors his approach to suit each individual, from newborns and children to adults and athletes. He utilises a range of age-appropriate techniques to deliver specific chiropractic adjustments that help the body function at its best.
His calm, confident manner and depth of knowledge make him a trusted practitioner for families seeking care that is both thorough and supportive.Utilising vastly different techniques for babies, kids and adults, great results are achieved based on the same premise that the specific chiropractic adjustments allow the body to perform at its best.

Soft Tissue Therapist
Jacque graduated from Curtin University in 1999 and has been practising in soft tissue therapy for over two decades. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, with a double major in Human Movement and Human Biology, bringing an understanding of the body’s biomechanics to her treatments.
Specialising in myofascial trigger point therapy, Jacque works with a wide range of acute and chronic soft tissue conditions, including posture-related pain and overuse injuries. She has a particular passion for dance medicine, and has spent many years treating dancers from novice to professional levels across various genres.
Outside of the clinic, Jacque is an experienced contemporary dance teacher with over 30 years of teaching under her belt. Her combined background in movement science and performing arts gives her a unique ability to support clients in restoring balance, strength, and flexibility.

Chiropractor
Kirsty holds a double degree in Chiropractic from Murdoch University, graduating in 2011. With a strong passion for sports chiropractic and family health, she has a special interest in treating both acute and chronic injuries in adults and children, with a particular interest in injury prevention and performance care.
As a parent herself, Kirsty understands the importance of supporting the whole family’s health and takes a holistic approach to treatment. Her sessions often combine hands-on physical therapy with targeted exercises and practical lifestyle advice tailored to each individual.
Kirsty has worked with elite athletes on the world stage, including the surf professionals at the “Mr Price Pro” in South Africa, and has supported local teams such as Perth Glory and Fremantle CBC Amateur Football Club in injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Soft Tissue Occupational Therapist
Erin has over 20 years of experience in soft tissue rehabilitation and brings a deeply holistic approach to care. She has completed additional study in myopractic, a form of myofascial release that uses cross-fibre techniques to retrain muscle patterns and restore function.
Erin works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including postural dysfunction, workplace overuse injuries, and chronic pain. Her treatments are hands-on and personalised, often exploring how physical tension is connected to lifestyle, stress, and mental wellbeing.
Passionate about the mind–body connection, Erin has completed further certification in Applied Mindfulness, allowing her to integrate techniques such as meditation, thought awareness, and stress reduction into her treatment plans.
Her calming presence, clinical knowledge, and whole-person perspective make her a valued practitioner for clients seeking both physical relief and emotional balance.

Your journey at Langer Health starts with listening.
At your initial consultation, we’ll begin with a thorough discussion of your health history, lifestyle factors, and areas of concern, followed by a physical assessment to understand what’s happening in your body.
From there, we’ll provide you with a clear and honest treatment plan tailored to your goals, whether that’s relief from back pain, support during pregnancy, improved workplace posture, or better movement overall. We’ll also explain any additional steps (such as imaging referrals) if necessary.
We believe in giving you the information and tools to make informed decisions about your care, and we’ll always work collaboratively with you at every stage.
Private health rebates are available and no GP referral is required to begin treatment.

No, you can book directly with our chiropractors or occupational therapists without a referral.

Yes. We use very gentle, age-appropriate techniques specifically designed for infants and young children. Our paediatric chiropractors are trained in safe, non-invasive care for little ones.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. If any clothing adjustment is needed during your visit, we’ll provide appropriate options and privacy.
