Spinach is Worth Adding to Your Diet
This leafy green is high in Vitamin C which can boost your immune system, but more than that, spinach is full of beta carotene and antioxidants which help the immune system fight infection. You only need to cook it lightly with a drop of water, or you can add it to your vegie smoothie.

The Chin Nod Stretch
- Start by lying down on your back, and placing a soft pillow underneath your neck, then bend your knees.
- As if you are saying ‘yes’, very gently and slowly nod your head forward.
- You will feel the muscles at the front of your neck.
- Just before you feel the front muscles hardening, stop the gentle nodding .
- For five seconds try to hold the nodding position and then relax.
- Move your head very gently back to the normal start position
- Repeat these movements up to 10 times.
